Shipping- We try ship everything as quick as possible, rather from our facility or one of our partners. You will get updated tracking via e-mail. and most items should arrive in 2-10 business days. Tracking updates provided via email. May 2024

Returns- We tend to make custom kits for people so we have never faced this issue. If return is ever requested, customer will cover all shipping cost and the restocking fee will be discussed at that time. As it will be a case by case instance. Any return discussion will need to be within 5 days of purchase. May 2024

Warranty-Reach out, since we source top of the line components that has only been an issue one time in our existence. Depending on product we will determine if we can do new replacement or if it will be a repair. Reach out to us, having your receipt/ invoice number, serial number, part number and description of issue will help us know where to begin. May 2024

Warranty on Installation- One year from date of work. Also it is necessary for customer to visually check any connection and check torque of all components. Warranty work will have to be performed by aHHa Solar. May 2024
